INCLUSION MINISTRY
Our Inclusion Ministry exists to share the love of Jesus with every child and family, creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where all children can thrive. We believe every child is uniquely created by God, with gifts, value, and a place in His church.
Through trained volunteers, thoughtful accommodations, and individualized support, we partner with families to help children with special needs participate fully in worship, learning, and community. Whether a child needs extra time, sensory supports, or one-on-one assistance, we are committed to meeting them where they are and helping them grow in faith at their own pace.
Our goal is not just inclusion but belonging. We want every child to feel known, loved, and encouraged, and every family to feel supported and understood. Together, we celebrate each child’s strengths while walking alongside them in their spiritual journey.

Accommodated Inclusion offered.
During this service, our Inclusion team is available to assist children in the general worship environment, with the option of taking a “body break” in “The Den” - our sensory room.

Every Wednesday at 6:45pm we gather together for Woodvale Kids Connect! Each week includes a main session together and breakouts in our FunShops! Open to Grade 1-5.

PARENTS & TOTS PLAYGROUP
Running from September - May
Every Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm there will be a playgroup for parents with little kids from 3 years and under. This is a free weekly playgroup where parents and their littles can enjoy a variety of fun activities and gives parents an opportunity to build friendships and be part of a community.

Woodvale Kids is a children’s ministry that aims to create an engaging experience where kids can learn to know and follow Jesus and connect with others! You will be welcomed by our Hosts at the check-in area. They will register your children and give you a sticker with a security number on it that you will need to check-out at the end of the service. They will help you find the room for your child’s age and answer any questions you may have!

Woodvale Kids runs during the entire duration of both morning services (9:00am & 11:15am). Upon arrival, check-in and drop off your child at their classroom.
Your kids will be constantly immersed in a fun and engaging way that teaches them about the Word of God! They will hear a Bible story every week, plus participate in worship and activities.

We have a brand new space in our Kids Centre just for your child! In a safe and nurturing environment, your child will learn about Jesus, and feel so loved in the hands of our trained leaders.
