The best way to become fully integrated into our church and find community is to join a Connect Group. This is a place where you can make friends, grow in your faith and experience life together. Use the Browse button below to find a group that looks interesting and then use either the “Request to join” button or the “Contact” link (in small letters where is says “Group is open”) to reach out to the group leader for more information. If you cannot find a suitable group, please contact connectgroups@woodvale.ca to submit more information about what you’re looking for in a group.
WHAT IS THE PHILOSOPHY OF CONNECT GROUPS?
Since everything in life revolves around relationships, we believe that the most important relationship is with Jesus Christ. We also value relationships with others, and you will find that in Connect Groups.
As the church grows larger, it can remain small through these groups. Connect Groups are at the heart of Woodvale Church. These groups are a biblical concept that you can read about in Acts 2:42 where we see a clear picture of connect groups in operation.
As Connect Groups meet throughout the city in different homes, people grow in their relationship with the Lord and one another.
